Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed goals
• Manage showroom activities to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the General Manager to develop effective sales strategies and processes
• Oversee customer interactions to ensure a seamless, high-quality buying experience
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and marketing to drive business growth
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
• Recruit, hire, and train top-performing sales talent

Qualifications

:

• Proven track record as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Professional in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets
• Proficient in CRM software and dealership management systems (experience with CDK a plus)
