Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while assisting them in understanding their insurance options. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Sales Champion: Drive insurance sales through excellent customer interactions and relationship-building
• Act as a trusted insurance advisor by educating clients on various insurance options and guiding them toward informed decisions that meet their specific needs.
• Bilingual Maestro: Effectively communicate in both Spanish and English to serve our diverse customer base
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills when discussing insurance policies with customers to ensure they were fully informed of their coverage options
• Answer phone calls and assist existing insureds with their policy questions
• Assist customers with various types of insurance needs, such as new policies, altering existing policies, renewing and reinstating policies, taking payments

Qualifications

Insurance license Required.

• Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision and quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts concisely and understandably.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and cultivate trusting relationships.
• Proficient in using a variety of computer systems and software for data entry, record-keeping, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
