Job Title: Commercial Lines Product Specialist Location: Bedford, NH (Hybrid - On-site 2+ days/week) Industry: Property & Casualty Insurance Employment Type: Full-Time Shape the Future of Commercial Insurance in New Hampshire A well-established regional property & casualty insurer is seeking a Commercial Lines Product Specialist to lead the design, development, and rollout of new commercial insurance products. This is a unique opportunity to build product offerings from the ground up and play a key strategic role in the company's growth within the New Hampshire market. What You 'll Do:

• Develop and launch new commercial lines of insurance products
• Serve as the subject matter expert for New Hampshire commercial insurance products, ensuring all offerings align with state-specific requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and regulatory review to guide product strategy and design.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, compliance, and IT teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Oversee state filings and ensure compliance with the New Hampshire Insurance Department (NHID) regulations.
• Monitor product performance , identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements based on data and feedback.
• Support the rollout of new products through training, marketing coordination, and internal communications. What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in commercial lines product development or underwriting
• Direct experience with New Hampshire commercial lines products and regulations (strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with ISO forms and SERFF product filing processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept to market What 's Offered:
