Job Description

:

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase our customer base and market presence.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored forklift solutions.
• Analyze sales performance, track KPIs, and provide insights to senior management.
• Train, mentor, and motivate your sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape. What We 're Looking For:
• Proven success as a sales Manager or similar role in a B2B sales environment (preferably in heavy equipment or industrial sectors).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Knowledge of the forklift or material handling industry is a plus but not required.
