: M2 By Morvati has been a staple in men's high-end fashion since 1986. Located in the heart of the DTLA Fashion District, we specialize in men's clothing with a strong focus on suits, dress shirts, and luxury formalwear.

Position Summary

: We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Sales Associate with at least 3 years of experience in men's fashion, particularly in men 's suits and formalwear. The ideal candidate is a proven salesperson who knows how to engage clients, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Deliver expert advice and styling in men's suits, dress wear, and fashion essentials
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets (commission-based)
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Assist with inventory and restocking as needed

Required Qualifications

:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in men's fashion retail (suits experience required)
• Strong sales track record and ability to upsell and close sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished appearance and understanding of luxury fashion standards

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Currently working in or familiar with the DTLA Fashion District
• Bilingual (helpful but not required)
