Must currently possess or be willing to obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance Producer licenses. We are expanding throughout Central IL, and looking for motivated entrepreneurs to join the Farmers Insurance team! As a full-time Agency Owner you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their insurance plans for their futures. We offer award- winning training through the University of Farmers, unlimited income potential, and the opportunity to pass on your legacy to your family! We support our agents, and beginning your journey you will receive a $5K signing bonus, monthly marketing stipend of $500, up to 300% monthly bonus on all commissions, $6K for exterior branding, and much more! Responsibilities

: Meet new business production goals and objectives Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs Resolve client inquiries and complaints Expand business reach through sales, networking techniques and marketing Comply with insurance standards and regulations Track and identify areas of improvement Insurance Sales - Agency Owner

Qualifications

: Must currently possess or be willing to obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance Producer licenses. Ability to build rapport with clients Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be independent, resourceful, coachable. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Great Customer Service Skills. Minimum 1 year prior sales experience required. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $104,400.74 - $122,171.68 per year
