Position: Dynamic Appointment Setter with the ability to follow direction, train and lead a team once established.

Position Summary

: Use your knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, qualifications, and appointment setting. This role speaks with customers and listens to them to gain a better understanding of their home improvement needs in order to get them set for an appointment with a Product Specialist. Job

Duties

:

• Appointment setting and confirmations
• Updating and altering CRM files and profiles
• Follow communication "scripts" when speaking with customers
• Utilize all company software to communicate with prospects
• Keep records of all conversations in call center database
• Cold and warm calling to potential clients who have expressed interest in our services
• Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information
• Discussing and qualifying homeowners based on their needs
• Gather utility usage information from homeowners
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed goals
• Scrub through generated leads for potential appointments / clients Qualification

Requirements

:

• MUST BE: Outgoing, talkative and have a take charge personality
• High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
• Excellent multitasking skills
• A team player with a high level of dedication
• Ability to prioritize one workload
• Strong communication skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Home Improvement experience is a plus, preferred but not required Pay &
