Sales Development Representative - $20/hour Based in St. Louis | Remote Flexibility | Part-Time with Full-Time Potential Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for building relationships over the phone? If so, we want you on our team! What You 'll Do: Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products/services Qualify leads and set up appointments for our sales team Build rapport with prospects and handle objections with confidence Track and update customer interactions in our CRM What We Offer: -$20/hour + potential for bonuses -Work remotely with flexibility (must be based in St. Louis) Part-time role (with the opportunity to go full-time based on performance) What We 're Looking For: - Strong phone communication skills and a positive attitude - Experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment (preferred but not required) - Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset - Ability to handle objections and think on your feet Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.91 - $20.00 per hour
