Position Description: JoeHomebuyer Triad Group is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Rep to join our fast growing real estate team (we buy and sell houses). Must be in the top 10% of sales for your company. This role is perfect for a driven, financially and personally motivated individual who excels at closing deals and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A real estate license isn't required, but a strong background in sales is essential. Your energy, initiative, and ability to create solutions will be the key factors that set you apart.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and follow up with leads in our CRM system
• Conduct both phone and in-person appointments with homeowners
• Build rapport with sellers, present offers, negotiate terms, and secure contracts
• Follow a proven closing process
• Track and exceed sales targets and KPIs
