Description: This position is responsible for developing relationships with churches, corporations, and schools in cities where Crosswinds operates or will operate. When the need for counseling outweighs Crosswinds' ability to provide counseling, as determined by the Vice President of Crosswinds, the focus of this role will shift to recruiting therapists for Crosswinds.

• Teamwork Travel Traveling inside the state and surrounding states to meet with prospects will be routine. Occasional overnight travel will occasionally be necessary, but less than 20% of the time. Physical and Visual Acuity

Requirements

The physical requirements of this position are mainly sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The visual acuity requirements needed to perform this position include having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; and reading.
