West Elm is known for high quality furniture, and world class service! We are looking for friendly outgoing individuals enthusiastic about interior design. All of our designers receive training in design basics, our product line and systems. A background (experience or education) in design is an advantage but not required. Our designers primary job is to assist all of our guests who walk in, or have a pre-scheduled appointment, in finding the products that will meet their needs. We believe in selling through educating and helping our guest see a full vision; not through pushy sales tactics. Sales come through a genuine interest in wanting to help our guests. Designers are held to metrics such as Sales Per Hour, and their service standards. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.95 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 32 per week
