Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Freelance Luxury Fragrance Specialist to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling a variety of fragrance products. You will engage with customers to understand their preferences, offer recommendations, and create a memorable shopping experience. Your enthusiasm and experience for Niche Brand Luxury Fragrances will help drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting fragrance products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fragrance lines, ingredients, and trends to effectively communicate with customers.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented.
• Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Stay informed about new product launches and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Experience
• Previous experience in fragrance retail sales is a MUST.
• Previous experience working in and with a luxury retailer is a MUST
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in fragrances and beauty products, along with the ability to sell effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
