About Us

: We're a lifestyle brand operating in a highly regulated industry, with a focus on quality, culture, and innovation. As we expand across Oregon, we're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Representative who knows how to build relationships and drive results. What You'll Be Doing:

• Connecting with Oregon-based retailers, distributors, and partners
• Introducing them to our premium product line and closing orders
• Maintaining client relationships and securing reorders
• Collaborating with our internal ops and fulfillment team
• Tracking progress, sales pipeline, and reporting on metrics

Compensation

:

• 5% commission on all closed sales (recurring eligible)
• Bonus opportunities based on performance We 're Looking For:
• 1+ year of sales or account management experience
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
• Confidence in outbound outreach (calls, emails, local visits)
• Based in Oregon or familiar with the Oregon retail market
• Bonus: Familiarity with regulated or age-restricted industries
