We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Sales people. The ideal candidates will have a passion for fashion and a talent for using social media to drive sales and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

: Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including customer service, inventory management, and staffing.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales, utilizing social media platforms to engage with customers and promote products.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor and train sales associates on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store, ensuring that merchandise is displayed and marketed effectively. Full Time and Part Time positions:
• Assist Store Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Key holder in the day to day operations of the business.
• Help to achieve Sale Quotas
• Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store, ensuring that merchandise is displayed and marketed effectively.

Requirements

: Management:

• 1+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong background in fashion retail preferred. (Assistant Manager/ Key Holder)
• Proven success in using social media to drive sales and build brand awareness.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and meet performance targets.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for fashion and trend-setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Full Time and Part Time positions:
• 1+ years of experience in retail
