Overview

: We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented individual with prior insurance experience to help grow our book of business. The ideal candidate is licensed, has a strong sales background, and is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.

Responsibilities

:

• Sell personal lines and/or commercial insurance products to new and existing clients
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Develop and maintain client relationships through follow-up and consistent communication
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
• Maintain knowledge of Farmers Insurance products and underwriting guidelines
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• Prior insurance sales experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation

:

• Base Salary (commensurate with experience)
• Uncapped Commission structure - the more you sell, the more you earn
