Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated route, delivering products, servicing equipment and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels on your route, ensuring that products are stocked appropriately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their needs.
• Utilize organizational skills to manage daily schedules, deliveries, and customer accounts efficiently.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed to load and unload products from the vehicle.
• Sell additional products and services to customers based on their needs. Skills
• Strong ability to drive safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory counts.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
