Full description of the position

• We are seeking a talented Inside Sales person with a desire to earn over $100,000 in their first year.
• If you don't earn $100,000 in your first year, we pay you the difference.
• We offer a Base Salary + Commissions with great earning potential, AND ALL LEADS ARE SUPPLIED.
• The ideal candidate has great communication and organizational skills.

Compensation

: $100,000 - guaranteed or we pay you the difference

Responsibilities

:

• Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople to build our sales team.
• Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner. All candidates are provided - you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews.

Qualifications

:

• Prefer Sales, Real Estate, and Recruiting experience but it is not required.
• Ability to Commute to Bel Air, MD 21015 to work out of our office.
• Strong money motivation.
