Location: Branson West, MO and surrounding areas (Springfield, Ozark, Southwest Missouri) Job Type: Full-Time

• Meeting homeowners through self-generated leads, company referrals, and local networking -- no cold calling required!
• Educating clients on their roof and gutter health with a relationship-first approach (no pushy sales tactics allowed).
• Helping homeowners navigate roofing insurance claims -- we'll train you to become an expert.
• Achieving personal sales goals while staying true to our company's "people first" mission.
• Representing Big Chief Roofing at community events, home shows, and local sponsorships (we love showing up for our town).

Requirements

:

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to work evenings or Saturdays occasionally (based on homeowner needs)
