We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while contributing to the overall success of the store.

Duties

• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support throughout their shopping experience.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with care.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing.
• Upsell products by promoting special offers and highlighting features that meet customer needs.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, including bilingual skills being a plus.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers.
• Ability to upsell products through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
