Full description of the position

Sales representative role is responsible for maintaining the customer service, relationship and communication with customers, while having a strong understanding about each accounts program. They will work with current customers and on-board new customer accounts with each programs details. They must have a strong organization, time management, attention to details and computer skills, while interacting with customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Main point of contact for customers Set up new customers and programs Enter daily sales orders Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with customers Respond to customer inquiries received via email and calls Multi-task between various inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment Resolve problems by consulting with other departments and/or researching under the specific details Properly manage customers' expectations and follow through on commitments Coordinating with various departments and team members in order to meet expectations MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma Work experience in customer service, account management or sales PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience using Quick Books software Job Type: Full-time Pay: Based on experience level
