We are an established, family owned, business with 6 current locations. We are searching for the right team members to provide "Excellence" in service and quality to our customers. Kean's is currently seeking a results oriented professional. We are looking for an individual with keen attention to detail and an eye for imperfections. This position also requires achieving and growing sales goals weekly and monthly. This position may require some "roaming" to different locations in Baton Rouge, as needed, to assist store managers. Associated duties include: helping customers in person and on the phone, overseeing and growing store sales, mark-in incoming orders, locating finished orders, inventory control of finished orders, up selling services and proven sales accountability, handling customer issues behind counter & daily store cleaning as necessary. There is a lot of standing involved as well as keeping numbers straight and alphabetizing incoming orders. Qualities we are looking for:

These are the hours our stores are open) MONDAY - 8AM - 5:30PM TUESDAY - 8AM - 5:00PM WEDNESDAY - 8AM - 5:30PM THURSDAY - 8AM - 5:00PM FRIDAY - 8AM - 5: 30 PM SATURDAY - 10AM - 2PM Members of our team in full-time positions have a variety of benefits available to them including short term disability and group life insurance and dental insurance.
