Job Title: Provider Relations Manager (PRM) Location: Lexington, KY and surrounding area Type: Full-Time Position

Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team in as a Provider Relations Manager to drive business development and manage referral relationships within the Lexington, KY area.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, specialists, care coordinators, nurses and other healthcare providers in the Lexington area
• Act as the main point of contact for referral partners, ensuring clear communication and providing updates on services, treatments, and patient progress
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the referral network and grow patient volume for the infusion clinic
• Educate healthcare providers about the clinic's services and benefits to improve patient outcomes
• Continually build knowledge of medications, treatment plans, requirements for successful referrals and convey information to referrals sources
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturer/Pharma reps and teams as directed and permitted
• Regularly meet with referral partners and attend networking events to promote the clinic's services
• Track and report on sales activity, referral trends, and overall performance
• Track all contacts in CRM technology on a weekly basis or as directed by the VP of Provider Relations
• Attendance at periodic meetings (virtually and in person) with provider relations team required
• Manage monthly sales budget and remain within budget

Qualifications

:

• Experience in infusion therapy or specialty pharmaceutical sales preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales or business development in a healthcare setting is highly desirable - some outside sales experience at a minimum is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with healthcare providers and patients
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in both clinical and sales capacities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to travel locally within the Lexington area as needed for sales activities
• Good written communication skills
• Flexibility to work PRN hours for patient care (within clinic open hours)
