Duties

:

• Accounts Receivable: Managing and recording incoming payments, invoicing, customers and ensuring timely collection.
• Accounts Payable: Assist with processing and recording outgoing payments, managing vendor invoices.
• Bill Entry: Assist with handling the entry and processing of bills, invoices and sales tax credits.
• Insurance: Managing subcontractors and jobsite insurance and assist with compliance.
• Communication: Collaborating with other departments, vendors and clients to related queries. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. We are seeking someone with good attention to detail, organization skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles are crucial for success in this role. Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and BuildOps experience is a plus! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 per week
