As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to drive revenue growth within a designated market. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's market presence and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly Skills
