Duties

- Assist clients in the buying and selling of residential and commercial properties - Conduct property tours and provide market analysis - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale - Stay up-to-date with local market trends and advise clients accordingly - Utilize technology to manage client listings, showings, and marketing efforts - Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple clients and transactions - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction - Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to real estate - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry developments and best practices Skills - Arizona Realtors license required - Proven track record of excellent customer service - Strong understanding of real estate law and regulations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to communicate effectively with clients who may not speak English, including fluency in Spanish - Strong negotiation skills - Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions - Experience in sales and marketing - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of local market trends and conditions - Ability to adapt to new technology and tools - Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $124,883.00 - $139,257.00 per year
