We seek a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team and help drive our mission forward.

Job Description

: As a Sales Representative at Hotsy Equipment Company, you will:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service and support

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-driven with a strong business acumen
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience preferred
• Experience selling into the Agricultural or Construction sectors a plus
• Valid driver's license required
