Direct Sales Trainer - Door to Door D2D Sales (Toledo, OH) Base Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 (Base + Commission, Negotiable Based on Experience) Are you a driven leader with a passion for coaching and developing high- performing sales teams? About the Role

As a Sales Trainer, you will play a critical role in building, coaching, and motivating a team of door-to-door sales representatives. This is not a behind-the-scenes position--you'll be in the field, actively demonstrating and selling alongside your team. You will be responsible for training agents both in-office and in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Train and Develop - Provide hands-on coaching, role-play scenarios, and real-time feedback to enhance sales skills. - Train in Office and In the Field - Conduct structured training sessions in- office and lead practical field training. - Lead by Example - Knock doors with your team, demonstrating best practices and closing deals in real-time. - Drive Performance - Motivate agents to exceed goals, implement strategies, and coach them through challenges. - Enhance Communication - Teach effective sales techniques, rapport-building, and objection handling. - Manage & Support - Track team performance, analyze results, and make data-driven improvements. - Foster a Winning Culture - Build a strong, disciplined, and growth-oriented environment.
