• Are you an exceptional salesperson looking to make a guaranteed six-figure income in your first year in a new industry?
• We are seeking salespeople withNO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE in real estate.
• We provide you with qualified appointments, NOT leads, so you leverage what you do best - selling!
• WE SELL 4X THE NATIONAL AVERAGE OR 18 HOMES ANNUALLY PER AGENT.
• OUR AVERAGE INCOME PER AGENT IS $250,000+.

Compensation

: $100,000 - guaranteed or we pay the difference

Responsibilities

:

• Follow up on all leads in a timely manner
• Uncover the priorities of the buyers by doing a needs assessment (fact-finding conversation) and then locate homes that match their needs and wants and show them the homes
• Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, collaborative, servant-leader approach

Qualifications

:

• Driven to earn more than $100,000
• Provide exceptional customer experiences
• FL real estate license or willing to get one
• Teachable
• Works well in a self-directed manner
