Title: Lead Retail Sales Associate - Weekends and Night Games Job Type: Full Time JOB DESCRIPTION Baseballism is the official off the field brand of baseball: a company built from the tradition, history, and class of America's Pastime. Our retail store located at Ballpark Village in downtown STL is looking for a lead associate. This is where you come in. We are looking for someone who can champion our brand and treat this location as if it was his or her own. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide exceptional customer service Maintain visual and presentation standards throughout store and stock area Execute merchandising as directed and help maintain a neat and tidy sales floor Create a fun and energetic atmosphere inside the store with customers and staff Engage with customers and ensure they are served beyond their expectation Process payments, handle returns and restock the showroom floor Work with integrity and a positive outlook QUALIFICATIONS Some customer service experience Outgoing and energetic Knowledge of baseball or softball is a must PREFERRED SKILLS Customer Service Merchandising BENEFITS Initial product stipend Merchandise discounts Opportunity for growth Employment with a brand that has had exponential growth Full Time Hours: Approximately 35-40 hours per week.
