: Class A storage company is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with their storage needs, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and supporting daily operations. Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide information on available storage options
• Process rental agreements, payments, and manage customer accounts
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer information is up-to-date
• Support the facility's cleanliness and security by conducting regular checks
• Meet or exceed sales and occupancy goals through proactive customer interactions

Qualifications

:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role (retail, hospitality, or related field preferred)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
