Our company treats you like family and we have very tenured management. This is a great opportunity and does not happen often. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Accountable for all aspects of operations of a rent to own store.
• Meet collection goals.
• Meet sales goals.
• Operational skills.
• Maintain files and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate company policy and procedures to store employees.
• Ensure compliance to credit policies and procedures.
• Conduct collection calls and customer visits.
• Sales marketing to apartments and companies in the area.
• Review and interpret operational reports.
• Be knowledgeable of, and ensure compliance of company policies, procedures, and standards
• Protect company assets and minimize loss by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are met, including workplace safety JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 1+ years of Retail or Rent To Own experience
• Proven ability of monitoring inventory levels, achieving revenue goals and collection goals
• Proficient with computers
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with moving parts
• Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be flexible/adaptable
• Heavy Lifting required.
• Valid Drivers License with a good driving record. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $600.00 - $700.00 per week
