Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting products, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
• Process returns and exchanges according to store policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Skills
• Proficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Experience in grocery store settings is a plus but not mandatory.
• Effective phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Knowledge of retail sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory calculations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
