Position Summary

: The Account Executive at Redding Company is responsible for managing client relationships and driving inside sales. This role blends account management and sales support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while helping grow the business through proactive outreach, upselling, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing responsive and helpful communication throughout the order process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Handle quotes, order entry, and project tracking from initial inquiry through delivery
• Review and approve artwork for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment prior to production
• Collaborate with the production team and graphic artist to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or re-engage past clients
• Maintain accurate customer records, order notes, and follow-up tasks in Printavo
• Contribute to the development and implementation of growth-oriented special projects, such as:
• Customer appreciation gift programs
• Product bundles tailored to specific industries or seasons
• Promotional specials and marketing initiatives
• Assist in improving internal systems and processes related to the order lifecycle--quoting, approvals, timelines, and communication flow
• Assist in improving the look, functionality, and user experience of online stores. Key Skills & Attributes:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with an eye for quality and consistency in customer orders and artwork
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of design files, resolution, and print-ready artwork standards (training provided as needed)
• Initiative and creativity in suggesting ideas to improve customer experience and business growth
• Familiarity with common business tools such as email, CRMs, Google Workspace, and online store platforms Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
