Job Summary

: We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist to lead internal patient conversions and drive community outreach and marketing strategies. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for a confident communicator and goal-oriented professional with healthcare or wellness industry experience.

Responsibilities

:

• Convert patient leads into committed care plans through in-person consultations
• Present and explain treatment plans in a persuasive, value-driven manner
• Coordinate and attend local events, business expos, and workshops
• Develop strategic partnerships with community organizations, gyms, and businesses
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation and brand visibility
• Track sales performance, outreach metrics, and report KPIs

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
• Healthcare, chiropractic, wellness, or functional medicine experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated, accountable, and coachable team player
• Strong follow-up, organization, and CRM experience
