• Build trust and rapport with online car shoppers through clear communication across text, email, and phone, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
• Utilize our CRM and communication tools to manage leads and nurture communication. Strong computer skills are essential for this role.
• Convert online leads into sales appointments and showroom visits.
• Guide customers through the buying process, and present vehicle options tailored to each customer's needs and budget. We're seeking someone who:

• Can work day, evening and weekend shifts. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in your passion, drive, and willingness to learn. However, applicants must speak English fluently, hold a valid driver's license, and be ready to pass a background check and drug screen. The position is commission-based with an expected range of $80,000 - $175,000 annually for successful salespersons. Guaranteed minimum income; we ensure you earn at least minimum wage.
