Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to new and existing policyholders, ensuring they understand their coverage options.
• Sales & Prospecting: Use networking, cold-calling, marketing, and lead generation tools to find and secure new business opportunities.
• Goal-Oriented Performance: Meet or exceed production goals, helping you and the agency grow.
• Networking & Community Engagement: Attend local events and conferences to build relationships and market your business to the right audience.
