What You 'll Be Doing As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Managers while contributing to the hotel's exceptional service and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative and clerical support, including word processing, typing, data entry, filing, emailing, faxing, copying, and handling mail.
• Responding to guest requests promptly, professionally, and with a friendly demeanor.
• Assisting with special projects and performing general office duties as needed.
• Ensuring seamless communication and support for both the sales team and guests to drive outstanding experiences. What We 're Looking For

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Ability to:
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Stand for long periods and frequently use hands for tasks such as typing or handling tools.
• Occasionally walk, sit, and reach with arms.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
