Overview

Floortek Concrete Coatings is looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, deliver dynamic in-home presentations, and close high-ticket deals on the spot. We are a fast-growing brand in the booming home improvement industry, and we're building a team of winners who want to control their income and career trajectory.

• We provide the leads - you close the deals. No cold calling. No door- knocking.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-set appointments daily (leads provided by Floortek)
• Conduct professional in-home presentations (approx. 45 minutes)
• Educate homeowners about our premium floor coating systems
• One-call close: secure the sale the same day
• Update CRM notes and manage pipeline efficiently
• Hit or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven success in outside/in-home sales (Roofing, Windows, HVAC, Solar, Flooring, etc.)
• Strong closer with a One-Call Close mentality
• High energy, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills
• Self-driven and highly competitive -- you love to win
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using iPads, CRMs, and email

Compensation

• 100% Commission-Based Structure
• Realistic Earnings: $115,000-$185,000+ annually
• Uncapped Commission
• Optional Base + Commission available for the first 90 days
