Our Lexington Branch plays a key role in supporting customers with responsive service and tailored product solutions. We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who's detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment supporting the full product order cycle--from sourcing and quoting to order fulfillment and logistics. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries
• Source product parts, confirm specs, and coordinate with vendors
• Prepare accurate price quotes based on current vendor info
• Process customer orders and ensure all details are correct
• Resolve customer issues (mis-shipments, defects, billing, etc.) professionally
• Track ETAs, follow up with vendors, and update customers
• Maintain order records, customer databases, and spreadsheets
• Collaborate with internal teams to support shipping, customs, and inventory
• Occasionally assist with hands-on tasks such as packing, verifying shipments, and updating ERP systems
• Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned What we are looking for:
