• 1-4 memberships: $5 per membership
• 5-11 memberships: $10 per membership
• 12-19 memberships: $20 per membership
• 20+ memberships: $30 per membership Additional bi-weekly commission :
• Sell 5 memberships: $1 raise for hours worked
• Sell 10 memberships: $2 raise for hours worked
