Now Hiring: Full-Time Sales & Guest Experience Representative Location : Bounce Empire - Lafayette, CO

Compensation

Options :

• $50,000 base + 15% commission

About the Role

Bounce Empire is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to take on a hybrid role that combines cold outside sales during the week with on-site weekend responsibilities as a Guest Liaison and Sports Coordinator. Responsibilities

- Outside Sales (20-30 hours/week)

• Identify and pursue B2B and B2C partnership opportunities through cold outreach (no leads provided)
• Promote Bounce Empire's event packages, group sales, birthday parties, and corporate experiences
• Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and accounts
• Represent Bounce Empire professionally in the community
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and sales strategy Weekend

Responsibilities

- Guest Liaison / Sports Coordinator (20-25 hours/week)

• Greet guests and assist with check-in, payments, and general inquiries
• Deliver outstanding customer service with high energy and positivity
• Set up and supervise inflatable sporting events and games
• Keep the play floor clean, safe, and fun for all guests
• Sell merchandise, resolve guest issues, and support overall facility operations You Are:
• A natural go-getter with strong initiative and resilience
• Comfortable making cold calls and walking into businesses without appointments
• Highly personable with 3+ years in customer-facing roles (hospitality a plus)
• Energetic, physically active, and able to engage with kids and families
• A strong communicator and critical thinker
• Able to work weekends and some holidays Physical

:

• Must be able to stand, walk, run, and play for 8 -12 hour shifts on weekends Work Schedule:
• Monday -Friday (Flexible Hours): Outside sales (20-30 hours)
