What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate at StretchLab Columbia, you are the heartbeat of the studio--often the first smile a client sees and the trusted guide who helps them start their wellness journey. Your mission? Turn curiosity into commitment and create an exceptional experience every step of the way. Sales & Membership Growth

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to follow up with leads, reconnect with past guests, and book intro stretch appointments.
• Host studio tours and guide first-time clients through their visit with contagious energy and professionalism.
• Close membership and package sales by connecting each guest's goals with StretchLab's powerful services.
• Handle objections gracefully , focusing on solutions and building trust.
• Promote and upsell retail products and add-on services that align with client needs. Client Experience & Studio Operations
• Create a welcoming, energetic studio vibe that encourages every guest to feel like part of the StretchLab family.
• Juggle multiple priorities --checking in guests, booking appointments, answering calls, and assisting with day-to-day needs.
• Support Flexologists and studio operations , jumping in wherever needed to keep the experience seamless.
• Keep the front desk and lobby client-ready --clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Manage lead pipelines using ClubReady (or a similar CRM system) with precision and consistency. Community & Marketing Support
• Assist with marketing efforts , including social media content creation and local events to drive awareness and bring in new leads.
• Represent StretchLab Columbia with pride both inside the studio and in the local community.

Who You Are

• You have sales experience in fitness, wellness, or service industries (think gyms, spas, salons, boutique studios).
• You're comfortable making outbound calls and confident handling objections while staying upbeat and solutions-focused.
• You're organized, goal-driven , and skilled with CRM and scheduling platforms.
• You're a natural relationship builder , especially for clients new to assisted stretching and wellness.
• You're proactive, detail-oriented , and love taking ownership of your results.
• You're available for at least one weekend day and can commit 20 -25 hours per week.
• You live locally and have a reliable commute to Columbia, MD.
