Overview

We are expanding into Maryland and seeking Roofing Salespersons/ Public Adjuster to join our team. We have multiple roles in Baltimore, Annapolis, Gaithersburg and Frederick.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Roofs and gather documentation/photos about damages.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and insurance companies to reach fair resolutions.
• Estimate and Justify estimate items.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from claimants throughout the process.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all claims processed.
• Self Generate Leads by door knocking
• Run Assigned leads from our online/mail/events marketing.

Compensation

• No nonsense compensation - Checks every other Friday.
• 30% of gross revenue per job on assigned leads
• 50% of gross revenue per job on self generated leads
• $500+50% of gross revenue per job that is rehashed.
• Tech Support in the form of Damage areas, homeowner contact info, Roofing Readline, Copmanycam, Eagle View etc.
• We provide all admin support - estimating, following up, documentation etc.
• All marketing materials provided.
• Wrapped Trucks & gas cards after selling 15 jobs. Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Schedule:
