About the Role

: Xclusive Trading Inc is looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our Metro by T-Mobile retail locations in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate is results-driven, passionate about wireless technology, and experienced in retail sales and leadership. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving performance, managing day-to-day operations, and creating a positive and productive environment for both customers and staff.

Compensation

:

• Base Pay: $30,000+ commission annually
• Performance Bonuses & Incentives Available

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Monitor individual and team performance; set and track sales goals.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and compliance with Metro by T-Mobile policies.
• Execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales.
• Build a customer-focused environment that fosters loyalty and satisfaction.
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally and effectively.
• Maintain accurate store records, reports, and schedules.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or business coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of retail or wireless sales experience; 1+ year in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable using POS systems, Excel, and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Preferred Skills:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience with Metro by T-Mobile or wireless retail is strongly preferred.
