Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, a motivation to sell items in the store, and a keen ability to engage with customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling items, assisting customers, managing inventory, restructuring the store, and promoting products effectively.

Duties

• Sell as many items as possible in the store and promote them online as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling transactions and processing payments.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively upsell and cross-sell items.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and organized according to company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management.
• Will also aid in moving jobs from time to time. Experience
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic financial transactions is beneficial.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers
