Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee sales projects from initiation to completion - Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide solutions - Utilize project management tools such as ProCore and Primavera to track progress - Create and negotiate contracts with clients - Coordinate with construction site teams to ensure project timelines are met - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents - Utilize Time Management skills effectively to meet project deadlines - Utilize HeavyBid software for accurate bidding on projects

Qualifications

- Previous experience in sales project management within the construction industry - Proficiency in using project management software such as ProCore and Primavera - Strong understanding of contract negotiation and management - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales project management in the construction sector, we encourage you to apply.
