What You'll Do

as a Sales Specialist: You'll help customers find the perfect flooring and home solutions while delivering exceptional service. Prior sales or industry experience is NOT required - we'll provide the training you need to succeed!

• Guide clients from first consultation to completed installation, managing all project details
• Coordinate with in-house teams--Production, Purchasing, Operations, and Accounting--for seamless project execution
• Stay organized and proactive with CRM tools, tracking all customer interactions and follow-ups
• Help maintain our showroom, attend training sessions, and present product knowledge to your team
• Prospect new business opportunities through networking and outreach
