Job description Riding High Harley-Davidson is the largest and only Locally Owned Harley- Davidson dealership in the Triad. We are looking for an experienced Powersports Sales Manager. We are growing and looking to expand our team! We offer a great work environment and hours. We have an amazing staff and customer base, which makes coming to work a lot of fun.

Requirements

:

• Powersports experience preferred. Harley-Davidson experience a plus. Automotive experience is encouraged to apply.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation/closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

:

• Oversee and train Sales Staff to provide a world class experience.
• Back up the Finance department.
• Manage the floor and engage with customers
• Negotiate deals that are fair to the customer and the dealer.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers.
