Role: We are seeking a part-time licensed Realtor to assist with internal and corporate real estate transactions in Northern Colorado. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking for flexible work that leverages their real estate expertise.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Support corporate real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing agricultural and industrial properties.
• Conduct market research and provide insights to guide decision-making.
• Assist with document preparation, contract review, and transaction management.
• Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other due diligence activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.

Qualifications

:

• Must hold an active Colorado real estate license.
• Proven experience in real estate transactions, preferably with corporate or commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of Northern Colorado's real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation

: This is an as-needed, part-time position.

Compensation
