Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead generation, relationship management, and sales strategies. This role requires a blend of inside and outside sales skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Duties

• Develop and implement strategies for business development to expand the customer base.
• Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Engage in technical sales discussions to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Conduct direct sales activities, including cold calling, to generate new business.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role involving outside and inside sales techniques.
• Strong skills in business development and lead generation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with technical sales processes and ability to understand complex product offerings.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in conducting product demos and presentations that resonate with potential customers.
